Add what you’d like to your cart — build a clicker, or pick a piece — then pay in the cart by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe, and we email you a receipt with your order number. Prefer to pay another way? Email us. At markets you can buy in person.

UK only, with Royal Mail: Tracked 48 for £4.00, or Tracked 24 (next working day) for £5.00, and standard delivery is free on orders over £30. Standard pieces are made ahead in small batches and go out within 2 working days of payment; custom keycap colours are printed just for you and take a few days longer. They’re printed in Bambu PLA Matte, a plant-based plastic, with real mechanical keyboard switches inside and a split ring or paracord to carry them. They’re not suitable for children under 3: the keys pull off and are small enough to swallow.

Changed your mind? Send standard items back unused within 14 days of delivery and we’ll refund you (return postage is yours). Custom-colour keycaps are made to your choice, so they can only come back if something’s wrong with them. If anything arrives broken or stops clicking, tell us within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund you.

Yes. Every critter has a standard keycap colour and a few custom ones, for 50p more a keycap — you can pick them in the builder. For something else, like another colour or a batch for an event, ask on the Custom orders page.
