Terms & Conditions

Ordering and paying

You can pay in the cart by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are taken by Stripe on its own secure page, and your order is confirmed when the payment goes through; we email you a receipt. Or you can send your order to pay later: it becomes an order once we reply to confirm it, with the total and how to pay. Either way, we start on it when payment arrives.

Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include everything but delivery, which is shown in the cart. If we've made a genuine mistake with a price, we'll tell you before you pay, and you can cancel.

You need to be 18 or over to order.

Offers

Free mystery critter keycap. Orders on this website with items of £20 or more (before any discount, not counting delivery) get one free critter keycap, picked at random by us from the eight critters, on its standard keycap colour. One per order. It fits every clicker, has no cash value, and if you return the order, the free keycap doesn't need to come back.

Multi-buy. Order two or more 1×3, 2×2 or 1×4 clickers on this website in one order (the ones with a base that you build, critter or London, any mix of keys), and get £2 off every one after the first. Mini clickers (the Mini Shuttle, the Toaster, the Christmas clickers and the Deluxe Christmas Train), the Christmas Pair, display boards, keycaps on their own and counter stands don't count. A discount code's % or £ off comes off the price after this saving.

Christmas Pair. While it's in the shop, any two of our Christmas clickers are £25 together: choose them on the Christmas Pair page (the same one twice is fine). Christmas clickers added to the cart one by one are charged at their own prices. A discount code's % or £ off comes off the pair price.

Welcome code. Join our newsletter and we'll email you a code for 10% off the items (not delivery) on your first order on this website with items of £10 or more. It works once, with the email address you signed up with, and only on a first order: if you've ordered from us before, we'll ask for the full price before you pay. One welcome code per person. It can't be swapped for cash or used at markets or on other shops.

Other codes. Any limits on a code (a minimum order, an end date, newsletter members only, once per person, or a limited number of uses) are given where we share it. One code per order; codes can't be swapped for cash.

We may change or end these offers, but never for an order we've already confirmed.

Our products

Everything is printed by us, in small batches, in Bambu PLA Matte, with real mechanical keyboard switches in the clickers. Fine layer lines and small differences between batches are part of how 3D printing works and aren't faults. Colours can look a little different on screen.

Custom keycap colours are printed on request for your order. Items marked “Coming soon” can't be ordered yet.

Safety

• Not suitable for children under 3. The keys pull off and are small enough to swallow, and the cord is a strangling risk for small children.
• Don't chew them, and keep them out of hot cars and away from heat: PLA softens at around 55°C.
• If a part cracks or comes loose, stop using it and get in touch.

Delivery and returns

Delivery, cancelling and returns are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Reviews

If you leave a review, it must be your own honest experience of something you bought or were given from us. Any photo must be one you took, showing no one's face.

We check every review before it goes on the site and publish every genuine one, good or bad. We leave out spam, anything offensive or misleading, and personal details, and we don't edit reviews. You can ask us to take yours down at any time.

Our designs

The critters, our other designs, and the words and pictures on this site are ours. Please don't copy, reprint or sell them without asking us first.

If something goes wrong

Our responsibility to you is what UK consumer law sets out, and nothing here takes away your rights under it. We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, or for damage from using a product in a way it isn't meant for.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
