How your order gets to you, and what to do if you want to send something back. The prices here are the same ones the cart uses.
Delivery
We post to UK addresses only, with Royal Mail.

Standard delivery is free on orders over £30. Delivery times are Royal Mail's targets, not a guarantee; if the post runs late we can chase it for you, but we can't refund the postage for a delay.
When we post it
Standard clickers and pieces are made ahead in small batches, so they go out within 2 working days of payment (Monday to Friday, not bank holidays).
Custom keycap colours are printed just for you, so an order with one takes a few working days longer. We'll tell you the date when we confirm your order. When it's posted, we email you the tracking number.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email us as soon as you can. Until your order is posted we can change it or cancel it and refund you in full. Once a custom keycap colour has been printed, it can't be cancelled.
Returns
Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of delivery by emailing [email protected], then send it back within 14 days of telling us.
- Standard items can come back unused and in their original packaging.
- Custom keycap colours are made to your choice, so they can only come back if something is wrong with them.
- A display board with your own words on it is made just for you, so it can only come back if something is wrong with it.
- Return postage is yours to pay, and we suggest a tracked service.
- We refund the items (and the standard delivery charge if you return the whole order) within 14 days of getting them back, to the way you paid.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives broken, or a key stops clicking, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and cover any postage. This doesn't affect your rights under UK consumer law.
